OJK Limited acquires the entertainment clients of Michael Kay & Company Limited - 26th February 2010
OJK Limited (“OJK”), part of James Grant Group (“JGG”), a leading provider of management and professional services to clients within the broadcast media, music and sports sectors has today confirmed that it has acquired the entertainment clients of Michael Kay & Co Ltd, the Birmingham based accountancy practice.
The deal will see the lead partner of Michael Kay & Company, Mike Kay, working with OJK for a minimum period of 12 months.
Commenting, Mike Kay said; “I am delighted to join forces with the OJK team. There are obvious synergies between my company and the wider James Grant Group and this is a logical fit in the best interests of my clients. I have been fortunate to work with some of the best UK talent in entertainment, many of which are already clients of JGG’s management business and I look forward to developing our service proposition further with OJK.”
