James Grant Group Limited Appoints Michael Grade as Non-Executive Chairman - 24th February 2010
James Grant Group Limited (“JGG”), the leading provider of management and professional services to clients within the broadcast media, music and sports industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Grade as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group. Michael will join the board of JGG with immediate effect.
Neil Rodford, Chief Executive of JGG said: “I am delighted Michael has chosen to join us as Non-Executive Chairman. This is a key appointment for the Group. The executive of the Group agreed with our partners Gresham Private Equity that we needed to attract a leading individual within our markets to match our ambitions. Michael is a proven leader with unrivalled experience at the top of the entertainment industry. He has worked very successfully in creative and talent-driven businesses for over 30 years and will add the additional depth and business experience required as we seek to expand both the management and professional services elements of our business.”
