Completion of Disposal - 25th August 2009
Further to our recent announcement of the on 27 July 2009, the Directors of the Company are pleased to confirm that the management buy-out of five of the Formation businesses in the areas of talent management, sports representation, accountancy, taxation and sports corporate finance has now completed.
